Suggest Dosage Interval For Diltizam & Metrogyl For Anal Fissure
hi,I am suffering with anterior anal fissure with small sentinel pile for abt 6 weeks. Doctor has suggested me to use diltizam ointment before passing the bowel and metrogyl after passing the stool. I am relieving with them but i am not sure how many times a day and how long can I use it?

hello and welcome.
diltiazem gel twice daily. metrogyl one applicator twice daily. for atleast one month. if symptoms worsen,u may opt for surgical options eg sphincterotomy, surgical procedure will give you much relief from the pain as the pain is due to tightening of the sphincter let me know if u hv any quary..
