Suggest Effects Of Cortical Cyst

Hi I ve been sick for a few weeks, have a UTI, and a ct scan showed a 2.5 cm left renal cortical cyst. But the pain is on my right side and gets worse when I eat. I have a colonoscopy scheduled but am wondering if a left cyst could be causing all my pain on right side?

Renal cysts are common and found in a number of people. It is very unlikely that the cyst is the cause of your pain. There are harmless and found incidentally in most cases.
