Suggest Effects Of Hot Water On Stomach/intestine

hi i am 17 and i was full fegured .. and i planned w start up with the healthy food and workout and now im just great .. but i used to drink hot water instead of cold i thought this may halp me loose more fats is this true?does hot water has any bad effects to my stomach or intestines? thank you alot

This depends upon the degree of heat of the water. Mildly lukewarm water is known to help digestion and combat issues of indigestion. Excess hot water damages stomach mucosa and alters gastric ph.
