Suggest Exercises To Reduce The Pain Due To Sacralization Of L5/S1

I ve received chiropractic treatment for sacralization of L5/S1. Have been augmenting with Tylenol extended release and icing. Still experience significant pain, especially while walking. A semi-lunge with my left leg forward seems to help for symptomatic relief. Any more proactive exercises you would recommend?
