Good evening: Doc, What can you suggest for an adult that had part of his large intestine cut off, due to a bacteria. To control diarrhoea needs sanitation and personal hygiene. You take washed foods and boiled water. Take light foods and avoid foods which are likely to cause bowel movements that you may be knowing better. Probiotic is good you can take that as it has a healthy effect on the gut.
