Suggest For Dizziness With Syncope

I've been having transient dizziness which started about 3 weeks ago with an episode of near syncope. That really scared me. I don't have insurance right now, so I haven't done anything about it. I am afraid It will happen while driving. Since it's not there all the time, can I wait to get checked out?
