Suggest Good Iron Capsule Which Does Not Get Attracted Towards The Magnet

does carbonyl iron present in iron capsules get attracted towards magnet? if it should not plz prescribe which iron capsule is good for health?i have been taking COFOL-Z by cipla pharma .....and it gets attracted towards magnet......what should i do?

Hi,

Metallic iron is attracted to magnet.But iron is present as compound or in the form of salt in tablets (like iron sulphate, fumarate). Hence they wont be attracted by magnet. You can use Ferrous fumarate or Ferrous ascorbate containing iron tablets.
