Suggest Healthy Diet To Get Rid Of Colitis Infection

i am suffering from a lil stomoach trouble for a couple of weaks.. i have consulted some doctors & the resulting disease that i am suffering from is colites.. i am not able to spell it correctly... the doctor told that it has caused swelling in the intestines... i am ok now... & want to recover as soon as possible.. what are the possible meals & healthy diets in my case

Foods to add:
High fiber diet
Omega 3 fatty acid plus flax seed oil
