Suggest Home Remedies For Pus In Stools

My brother is 26 year old having pus cells in stool..we done tests also got negative result but still he is suffering a lot please tell me what to do? And any home remedies are for this??even though he is suffering from proctits also, but we consulted doctor taken treatment there is no any improvement

pus in stools means there is some bacterial infection in his large intestines...for effective treatment ,first of all you need to get these two tests

(1) STOOL MICROSCOPY

(2) STOOL CULTURE AND SENSTIVITY

stool culture and senstivity will reveal which bacterial organism is causing the infection and it will also reveal that to which particular antibiotics that bacterial organism is most sensitive to and once we get to know this,specific antibiotic in optimum dose and for optimum duration will be prescribed for the cure...so once you get these reports you can either contact your treating doctor or else you can send me the scanned copy of reports so that i can guide you with the treatment required
and there is no home remedy for curing the infection,it can only be cured by giving specific antibiotic course
