Hi and thank you. I have weight issues but I do not want to have surgery, 5 4 289 lbs; I ve been on line and taking vitamins to help with my rheumatoid arthritis and taking lots of vitamins for both, I m looking up how many servings to use each day and this site is helping me. My question is... Most vitamins offer some of the same ingredients; should I continue overlap them; Vitamin D3, C, E, B12, Alfalfa, Alpha Lipoic, and Slimquick, I m also taking Wellbutrin for depression, but not really, it helps with my eating too! My second question is... Should I simply take a multivitamin that may not include all I need? I m confused... I ve lost 7 lbs since I saw a Dr in April 8th because he said I should start thinking more seriously about it, but all I did was cut out the coffee all day, lots of sugar and dry creamer. What s the best way to resolve my issue, I had a broken ankle years ago that won t allow me to do too much exercise if none at all. I had not seen a doctor in 7 years , but now I have insurance and I want to begin taking care of myself, I m 52 with no other health problems except high blood pressure since 2004. No cholesterol issues at all.
