Suggest Management Of Occluded Aorta, Brain Shrinkage, Strokes And Blindness

My 69 year old husband has a totally occluded right aorta and has been for several years. He is not a candidate for surgery according to surgeons. His last MRI showed significant shrinkage of the right side of his brain and he is experiencing severe issues with walking and falling. He has had several strokes since 2005 and is now blind and has random periods of even finding his arms and will flail unknowingly. Is there anything that might help at this point or what can I expect to happen in the future?
