Hi

Its good that you had rapid wright loss but then void created by loss of fats will be needs to be replaced by some mass or fats to tighten the skin.

This will not be achieved until you get help of safe supporting therapy. If I were your physician, I would advise you to start some Ayurveda formula. In my career I have seen that slow acting herbals when combined with reqd diet and enough physical workout, give rapid and best and safe results.

Its in your own interest to go for ' saptdhatu pushti' in Ayurveda which is nourishing rasa, rakta, maansa, media, asthi, majja and shukra. Absolutely NO SIDE EFFECTS.

Hope this will give you hint to shift choices now.
