Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I can understand your concern for following GI symptoms:

1) Lower abdominal and anal region pain, feeling of defecation suggest possibility of anal fissure with internal hemorrhoids.

2) This is condition develop due to excessive straining or passage of hard stool.

3) There will be linear tear on inner wall of lower part of anal canal from which occasional bleeding also develop.

4) Use of laxatives or stool softeners and anti-colic medication to relieve from abdominal pain is recommended to subside symptoms.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further questions, I would be happy to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Happykumar Kagathara
