hello!
sir, My name is parul and I am 28 yrs old. My weight is near 70kg. my breast is very heavy and now extra fat is coming in my underarms side so much that is visible in my clothes. I want to reduce my breast size and as well as extra fat from my under arms. plz suggest me how it is possible.

Do regular exercises for 30 min like running, swimming or aerobics. Eat only required calories and avoid oil and fat.
