Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern. I see your hormonal lab test hasn’t the unit this is important to know, you didn’t mentioned that you had taken thyronorm from the first time when your S.T.S.H was 6.52 that seen higher referring to the normal range and for your obesity and this value you had diagnosed for hypothyroidism and I think you had taken thyronorm, the last thyroid hormonal tests I see a higher value for T4 and a higher value for TSH, this tell me that you haven’t monitored well the dosage of your medication. The medication for the hypothyroidism is levothyroxin (thyronorm) but during the intake of this medication you should monitor it with the TSH value, to know when to reduce the dosage or when to stop because is the risk to go from hypothyroidism to hyperthyroidism. I recommend you to follow up your health situation with an endocrinologist. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. Kind regard, Dr .Marsida Janko
