Suggest Medication And Diet To Reduce ESR Count In Case Of Joint Pain
Hello sir/mam good noon.. I m divya 21 years old.. I m performing arts student.. For past 5 months i m suffering from very heavy body pain,especially in my shoulders,joints,hip,nee,foot and fingers. i have swelling in my wrist and fingers too.. And after consulting my doctor i came to know that i have high E.S.R COUNT.. In my 1st blood test i has (30min-35 mm) (60min-75mm) after 1month i took 2nd test now i have (30mis-15mm)(60mis-32).. my question is what should i do to correct my E.S.R count and what are the diet i should follow?? Is this curable one/
Yeah, that seems quite high. Any inflammation will cause elevated ESR but the rheumatic diseases such as RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS are often the highest. Infection anywhere can cause inflammation and joint pain but would generally also have signs of infection. We do not diagnose individuals since we are not there to examine them BUT we can give general information. Infection and rheumatic diseases give higher ESR's. wear and tear or just aches do not elevate ESR.
