Suggest Medication And Dosage For Cough And Runny Nose In A Toddler

Hi All, My 18 months baby is having cough and running nose. What doses of Sinarest i can give her and for how long. Symptoms 1. Fever was for 2 days but not now. 2. Now its Running nose , sneezing , little bit coughing. I have sinarest with this composition. Kindly let me know doses need to give. Sinarest Syrup Chlorpheniramine(1mg), Paracetamol(125mg), Phenylephrine(5mg), Sodium Citrate(60mg), Menthol(1mg)

According to history, you provide you just need to use paracetamol and a lot of liquids. There is no other medication recommended in such a situation.
