my son is 7 mths andsuffering from cold, cough n fever too. he washaving cough from almost 15 days but wasunder control fromlast few days. now since mornin he has too runny nose, fever more than 100 F. Is nasoclear effective in runny nose. what syrup can be given for cold?

hi,you can give syrup-timinic plus 3ml twice in a day for three or four days till symptoms subsides.it will cure all the symptoms including fever also.thank you.
