Hi, I am from India, Hyderabad.I am 40 years old male i am DIABETIC patient since 1998 on words every day i am taking insulin twice. it is not coming controling. whcih is the best medecine and how to contorl. please give your good advice and please mail me YYYY@YYYY .

Diabetes control can be acheived by good diet, good physical activity, Tablets like metformin, By losing weight. Unfortunately we do not have your height, weight, duration of diabetes, current sugar levels and current list of medications. Kindly send us these details for a valuable opinion.
