Suggest Medication For Cronch's Disease

I an 44 yr old. My doctor priscribed me wysolone with decreasing dose every week from 50mg, 40, 35, 30 as upto 2.5 and increase the dose of Azoran 25mg, 50mg , 75 mg, 100mg every 5 day. I am suffuring from Cronch's desease (blocking large intestine 10 cm in transverse colon). Is this prescription correct? How long will it take to cure the blockage?

It is very good prescription. Azathioprine is used as a steroid sparing agent in the treatment of crohns disease. Follow it
