Suggest Medication For Indigestion.

For the past two days I have woken up to my stomach rumbling (very loudly) and when I go to use the bathroom I pass a lot of gas (for about 5 minutes or so) then a clear mucous like liquid oozes out. When I wipe I can see a very small amount of brown stool mixed in but it is mostly clear. And this gooey liquid sort of floats on top of the water. No bleeding, I'm not constipated and I had a very little amount of stomach pain while trying to use the bathroom. Any advice on what steps to take would be greatly appreciated.
