Suggest Medication For Interstitial Cystitis

I am 25 year old female and i have had alot of medical problems in my life, but i cant seem to shake this one i have had bacteria,protein,white cells,and red cells. No medicine is responding and ct scan shows no stones. I can't even take care of my children hardly anymore cause i'm always sick and not getting any better. I have been diagnosed with intercysctial cystitis 4 years ago but this is different! My bloodwork keeps coming back fine but i refuse to accept that I know my body is wearing down from all this and the pain medicine does not help and i would just like some answers can you help ?

The condition of interstitial cystitis will not be cured, though it will remain under symptomatic control.

Best measures to get proper relief are bladder training, physiotherapy, and biofeedback mechanics. Antibiotics are not going to help at all.
