Suggest Medication For UTI

Hi, from yesterday i am having urine infection when passing urine it paining & first some blood like bacteria. same issue before one year ago that time i done the culture that time in india & dr given me antibiotics & Cital Syrup . But now I am in UAE - Dubai & again same problem came. Please suggest. Kishore Lahane

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Urinary tract infections require treatment with antibiotics so if the symptoms are present then you need to be retreated.

A culture should also be re done to find out the bacteria causing the infection and determine which medication would work best for you.

Drinking fluids and the use of cranberry juice would also help.
