Suggest Medication For A Normal Bowel Movement When On Mag 07 With Hot Water And Lemon Juice?

hi thank you for helping me this evening! i can never take a normal bowel movement!!! PLEASE PLEASE give me some suggestions as to what i can take to help me with this problem!! i am currently taking Mag07 with hot water with lemon juice in it! Can you please provide me with some of your wise suggestions?

Hi,
For having normal bowel movements have some points,
1, take plenty of water,
2, take more fiber containing food and more green veggies, vegetable juices,
3,Avoid fried and junk food,
4, do abdominal recti muscle exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
