General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the accident you faced.

Bleeding occurs because such large and deep wound is on your right arm. As you use your right arm more than the left arm, such movements/activities won't let the wound heal.
So, it is important to keep this arm immobilized for at least 1 week to anticipate healing.

Furthermore, if the wound is deep, it might need a micro-surgery (sewing the wound to make it heal faster). You can contact your doctor to decide if you can go for this micro-surgical intervention.

Wish fast recovery!
