Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I've been having headaches,cough,feeling like throwing up,Diarrhea,
dizzy, and stomach pains. I mostly have the pain in my stomach while laying down or walking around which is making it hard to sleep.. when im hungry i'll eat something small and usually feel worse after that. But im worried if i dont eat i'll feel hungry and terrible.
Diarrhea, vomiting, and pain in the abdomen are usually due to gastroenteritis and other symptoms are due to its complications like giddiness, headache and so on. Hence I would like to advise you the following in such a situation: -Send the sample of stool and blood for tests. -Consult your doctor for clinical evaluation, examination, and correlation with the report. -It will give a better diagnosis and a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, omeprazole, and domperidone can help you get the relief. -Take symptomatic and supportive treatment like paracetamol, probiotics, electrolyte solution and as needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T Chandrakant
