I'm 6'5 - 210lbs - age 31 - and have been experiencing acid reflux and occasionally a dull pain just below my sternum under inner left portion of rib cage. Over many months I have cut out alchohol, fried foods, and most things bad for you. Sometimes it feels like a raw, gnawing feeling in my stomach. Overall, my diet should not be affecting this. The pain is also sometimes under the lower left rib cage, it is not acute, but dull and uncomfortable. I have researched gerd, H.Pylori, Haital Hernia, and an ulcer amongst other things. The pain seems to meander from the edge of the sternum, down the left rib about 4 inches - under that location. I've taken prilosec which seems to help for a while, but I haven't taken it longer than 14 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
