Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Acne is not uncommon at your age. Along with inflammatory acne you also seem to have sensitive skin.

Rather than trying different products, I would rather suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist for specific antiacne remedy.

Treatment of acne mainly revolves around Topical Antibacterial like clindamycin gel, Topical benzoyl peroxide and Topical Retinoids e.g Adapalene gel.

Topical antibacterials (clindamycin gel) and topical benzoyl peroxide are effective for inflammatory acne(papules and pustules), whereas the beneficial effects of topical retinoids in inflammatory acne derives from there antiinflammatory as well as comedolytic properties.

You could use either clindamycin gel OR Benzoyl peroxide gel during day time and adapalene gel for night application

Since you have a sensitive skin, therefore I would recommend a gentle cleansing lotion like cetaphil cleansing lotion for face wash, twice daily.

Oral antibiotics e,g doxycycline or azithromycin may be required for a few weeks. They bring about rapid control of inflammatory acne.

Hope this helps
