Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think most probably you are having ligaments damage around your ankle joint. This is causing you multiple sprain and difficulty in walking.
So I would suggest you to get MRI of the ankle joint. This MRI will tell us if there is any cartilage or any ligaments damage. If yes than it can be treated arthroscopically.
It will not be a big procedure and it will take care of your repeated ankle pain. If you have not got it down soon then there is chances that you can develop ankle arthritis.
