Suggest Medication For Bad Sore Throat And Stiffness In Neck

For about four days now I have had a very bad sore throat. The first day i did nothing, the second I gargled salt water frequently, the third I drink warm water with honey and lemon, and now today I have been just drinking regular water. I thought it was getting better because it was getting easier to swallow, but then I realized it wasn t because when it first started it was a stiffness in my neck but I could see the back of my throat when opening my mouth. Now the stiffness has gone away but I can not open my mouth too wide. I am only 17 and my mother is in jail and I can not get a hold of my father so the hospital said they can not treat me. What does this sound like and how can I treat it .

Hello ...
Donot worry this could be a sore throat due to bacterial or viral infection..
Take augmentin duo twice daily for a week
Take diphenhydramine syrup(it can cause sedation avoid driving)
Low dose Steroid for three days
This will bring down all the symptoms..
If possible try to meet a doctor get a thorough examination done and take meditation accordingly..
