Suggest Medication For Burning Upper Abdomen With Digestion Problems

Hi I am Mir Asfarul Haque, I have facing burning sensation on right upper abdomen also digestion problem from last 2 years. After consulting many doctor & taking medicine is not cure fully. now it is still burning sensation I feel. please suggest what to do ?

Hi.. Burning upper abdomen pain occurs due to increased acidity.. Lot of lifestyle changes contribute to this..So, Stress levels have to be kept as low as possible. Use of Analgesics for various reasons has to be reduced.. Alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, Hot spicy foods,chocolate and even soft drinks like coke.. . all these things lead to incresed acidity.. intake of these substances should be minimised.. if possible should be avoided.. Take more amount of fresh fruits and vegetables regularly.. Lastly medications like omeprazole, pantoprozole or rabeprazole can be used.. Consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation if the pain is not relieved after all these measures.. Thank you..
