patient of chronic constipation. no desire, inactivity of rectum, no hard stool, stool remains soft but this soft stool requires great straining, use of laxative medicine, fruits like mango increases the problem but banana and powder of dry bale fruit helps to reduce the problem, there is no positive effect of spogal and other fibre rich foods. please advise me...
