Suggest Medication For Cold,cough And Diarrhea

sir My 4.5 months old baby boy is effected with loose motion since birth. And cough, and cold and slight mucus in motion since last 10days. medicine are running on ,Cough and cold is about to control but motion and mucus is not controling. please advice me.

Start with a probiotic like darolac sachet, half sachet thrice daily
Give ors solution 10 ml for each loose stool
As it looks like a viral infection, things should settle down in 3 to 4 days,
If no relief, then get a stool routine and reducing substances test done
