Suggest Medication For Constant Fever In Child

Hi,

My child of 5 years old is suffering in fever from last 4 days. As per Doctor she is having throat infection probably glands, But i dont see any indications of thorat infection neither she is complaining of any pain. I am giving her antibiotics(Augmenten DS) from 15 December 3 times a day as per doctor advice but she is still not recoverable neither i have observed any improvement. Kindly advise me. Thanks

Common causes of fever without other symptoms are
.viral fever
.throat infection
.UTI
.Typhoid
.malaria
.dengue
.pneumonia
So if fever is not responding then she should be investigated and treated accordingly. Her hemodynamic status should be monitored.
