hello

thank you for trusting HCM

dear intestinal tuberculosis can cause diarrhoea, weight loss, sweating and vomiting.but your history not sufficient about your weight loss what about reports showing??oily stool means your probably suffering from malobsorption syndromes.it may cause loss of fat in stools.get it done stool for fecal fat, microscopy, culture and staining.get recheck for abdominal tuberculosis like mauntoux test, ultrasound, colonoscopy etc.. consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly. tab.rifaximine 200mg thrice a day for five days may helpful.Ithink I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
