Suggest Medication For Constant Vomiting With No Relief From Domstal And Gelusil

Before i went to bed today night around 12 i puked twice, seemed like acidity, took a domstal and gelusil and puked again within few minutes. Its 6 in the morning and i puked again for the fourth time. I dont have pantaprazole right now. Can you suggest something for relief.

I am so sorry to hear about this repetitive vomiting. Domstal is actually a drug that helps relieves vomiting. I find it difficult to understand why you would continue to vomit despite being on this medication. I will suggest that you get examined to rule out any associated reasons why you could be having this vomiting. If no organic cause is found, then a more powerful drug against vomiting like ondansetron could be considered. Also, if you should be unable to eat and drink fluids normally, you may need some fluids infusions to stay well hydrated.
