Hi sir i have a prob in stomach. stool is not getting out properly i have to go 4 to 5 time for stool and also stomach getting hard and now my weight is 80 my age is 26.
My stomach always like full not getting empty plz let in know what happend i try to go dr many dr i had change still yet.

Dear you may be suffering from acute gastritis or peptic ulcer disease or indigestion or malobsorption syndromes etc. If your alcoholic then may alcoholic gastritis. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid lactose contain food and gluten contain food. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
