Suggest Medication For Cough And Runny Nose

43 yrs.of age right now,climate was change to cold,this past 1 week ago my menstration come,also my skin start fr,leg had some red and many parts,have also a little bit cough & runnynose.I worried w/my skin coz it looks like red point in many parts of my body?What is that i don't know what happening w/my body i feel very sick right now.

Hello.

I went through your history and would like to know more about you like - a. Did you have such episodes in past? b. Did you have fever? c. Did you have headache?

At present, I would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. Were I treating you, I would suggest you montelukast, levocetirizine and an expectorant cough syrup.

2. Above medicines will also help your skin lesions, I would suggest you to apply a lotion like calamine over itchy skin.

3. I would also suggest you adequate rest, plenty of fluids during day and a light, healthy diet.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.
