Suggest Medication For Dark Patches On Face

Hi, am a Nigerian lady with a chocolate skin.. pls I nid a Gud cream that moisturizing and has a sunscreen of spf60 cos am alws outdoors I wnt to maintain my natural skin colour..again, I have dark patches on both sides of my face close to the eyes, pls how do I get rid of this?

Take tan. Becozyme c forte once a day.
