Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello Sreedhar,
You did not mention your medicines otherwise I can tell you in detail
But my opinion for you is to take sertraline for your psychiatric problems as it is cardiac safe.If you want to reduce medicines psychotherapy specifically cognitive behavior therapy is the best.
So ask your treating doctor about this option.
I hope I have answered your query, still any confusion, late me know.
Thanks & Regards.
