Dear madam i can understand your concern. i am very sorry for the condition of your husband. stopping medication in diabetes is not a good idea in diabetes. In controlled diabetes there will be nausea and vomiting. This thing will settle once sugar is under control in my opinion there this symptoms are not related to kidney problem. i suggest to go to Doc and take treatment. Hope I was able to help you. If you have any further question feel free to write me back. I will be happy to help. Take care. Best Regards. Dr Vamsi Krishna Consultant Diabetologist Apollo Hospitals
