Suggest Medication For Diarrhea And Vomiting

my daughter is 1 year 2 months old, weight is 10 kgs...for the last 3 days she has had loose motions greenish yellow in colour and vomits if she eats anything...last time when i had visted the doc...he had given me Oflox rediuse ....what do i give her now?

Hallo .Thank you for posting your question . I will do my best to help you . Your daughter is suffering from acute gastroenteritis . Give her ORS to maintain her hydration , insure she is passing urine at frequent interval . Give her light diet and plenty of liquid . If vomiting persistant then can give syrup Domperidoe, if not hypersensitive . For loosemotions can give probiotic sachet . Oflox is an antibiotic - better avoid . Hope I have answered your query .
