Suggest Medication For Diarrhea With Nausea And Leg Cramps

Hi. I m 20 years old college girl. currently i m having something like diarrhea almost for a week now. but this diarrhea only occur when i m at home. when i m out for school or just go out to the mall, i never feel the need to go to the restroom, even if i m out for the whole day. just the morning before i go out, or the night when i m home. but if i m home in the afternoon, i also got the symptoms. my symptoms are stomach cramping, the urge to go the bathroom, aqueous feces, nausea. and leg cramping (i don t know if this related). yesterday i took diarrhea pills and following the dosage but nothing changed yet. so any suggestion? i really need to get well because next week i m going to some big vacation. thank you very much.
