Suggest Medication For Diarrhea

My Son 8 years old has diarrhea for 3 days now. He goe to the toilet 5-7 times within 3 hrs in the morning. He is fine the whole day though and it starts again the next morning. He's drinking lots of water to avoid dehydration and on a bland diet. What do you think he has? any advice
