The chances are that his fluids and electrolyte status has been disbalanced. A good fluid and electrolyte replacement regime may help him. The fluids are important in maintaining the blood pressure. When the fluid is low, one may develop orthostatic hypotension- a condition in which the blood pressure may fall when a person gets up to a standing position from a resting position.
It is of course in view that other systems are not involved and he has no other symptom.
Getting an ECG, Echo and FBS would be a good idea.
