Suggest Medication For Dizziness And Redness Of Face After Physical Activity

When I do my kickboxing, I occasionally get light headed. My face is often red and I am told that my skin around my mouth is pale. Would that mean that I am working out too hard and need to take it back a bit or is there some other deeper issue? FYI, my blood pressure is normally low (at rest, right now 100/60).

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It this only occurs with the kick boxing and not with other forms of physical activity then it is likely related to the kick boxing itself.

It would mean that, as you suggested, the work out is too strenuous and you may need to tone it down.

If you also experience these symptoms when you are engaged in other physical activity then you need to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.
He or she may need to assess the heart and lungs.

I hope this helps
