Suggest Medication For Fever,sore Throat And A Kind Of Coating On Tongue

My 5 year old daughter has been sick 5 times in the last 2 hours and it's thick and bright yellow, she doesn't have a temperature but she is just lying really still not talking unless she is about to be sick. I've got her to Sip water a couple of times. She was complaining of a sore throat yesterday and had a funny smell to her breath and slight coating on her tongue. Would you recommend a visit to the doctors or is there anything I can get to make her more comfortable?

You better take her immediately to the doctor.


Otherwise she may get dehydrated.


Feeling weak and unable to talk are signs that he needs immediate attention.
