i'm chaitanya, age:32, i'm suffering from gastric trouble, could u pls suggest how to overcome this problem, wht is the necessary action to be taken, is there any traditional method of overcoming this problem, or what medication hsould i follow, kindly help me on this doctor!

You have not mentioned the symptoms here because merely saying gastric trouble does not creates any sense because trouble means it could be anything right from pain, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, dyspepsia and many more.
