Suggest Medication For Gastritis

Hello,

I have symptoms of Gastritis but still have not got the scoop done to confirm. I can not keep any food in my body. I have cramps and I have been put on doxocilin and also Famotidine. My 1st question is should I contuine the doxocilin? Lastly will marijuana help at all?

Appreciate your concern, if this is the gastritis without the infection then no need to take the antibiotic, most of the time the gastritis is just a inflammatory condition and it could be due to dyspepsia or say indigestion in that case you may not be having fever fatigue, headache, vomiting, but in case of infection all the above symptoms are likely and if this is so then antibiotic has to be taken, in my opinion you can wait couple of days without taking antibiotic, over all confirmation of infection is must to continue the given treatment hope this information helps.
