Suggest Medication For Healing A Cut On Vagina In Child

hi my 3 yr old daughter fell and hurt her vagina with the corner of her chair.I looked at it and it has a small cut by the pee whole and it hurts her terribly.She wants to pee but she screams her lungs out since it hurts so much so she s been holding it since last night.is there any over the counter ointment i can use to help her with the pain?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having injury on urethral opening or surrounding producing induration giving rise difficulty in passing urine.
Apply antibiotic cream locally and give some analgesic medicine like paracetamol.
Afterwards take her to your doctor and get examined for extentand nature of injury.
